General

  • Kralitsi ,we sells both physical goods (e.g. stationery, gifts) and digital products / downloads.

  • This policy covers how and when physical items are shipped, and how digital products are delivered.

  • By placing an order, you customer agree to this policy.

Digital Products

  • Delivery is instant (or near-instant) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a download link (via email and/or on the “Order Confirmation / Thank You” page).

  • If you don’t receive the link within [X hours], check your spam folder or contact us at support@kralitsi.com.

Physical Products — Shipping Regions & Carriers

  • We currently ship to Canada (domestic) and internationally (select countries).

  • Domestic shipping is via [Canada Post / Purolator / etc.].

  • International shipping is via [Canada Post International, DHL, UPS, etc.].

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Kralitsi is not responsible for damaged ,stolen, lost or delayed packages. 

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, please allow 5-10 business days not including weekends or holidays for US and 15-30 business days not including weekends or holidays, for international orders due to high demand for delivery depending on your location. 

What could delay my order?

Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable , we will attempt to locate it at another store and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 2- 4business days before being approved for shipment.

We will provide you a tracking number to keep track of your order within 4 - 6 business days or for additional assistance regarding your order, please send email at kralitsi@gmail.com and ensure you have your order number handy.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

I’ve missed my delivery, what now?

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we are providing shipping services internationally. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

Can I change my delivery address?

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please send email as soon as possible.

Changes / Cancellations / Address Issues

  • Once an order is placed, you may request cancellation within 24 hours before it enters processing.

  • After processing has begun, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure shipping address is accurate.

  • If a parcel is returned to us (undelivered, incorrect address), we may charge you for re-shipping or refund the order (minus original shipping cost).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Your card will be debited when we ship your order.

Why isn’t my credit card being accepted?

Please contact your bank or financial institution to rule out any errors from their perspective. You could try an alternate credit card or use PayPal to finalize your order. If you still have an issue, please contact our Customer Service team on kralitsi@gmail.com noting any errors appearing on screen.

Where is my order?

How do I know my order was successful?

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your email spam or junk folders before placing your order again. If you still haven’t received your email, please contact our Customer Service team at kralitsi@gmail.com

Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

  • All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • Kralitsi is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes charged by customs.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control them.
